For standard sample order, the delivery time will be within 3days after payment confirmed. For bulk production, about 10-15days.
We ship almost worldwide via Express ( DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS), via air, via ship or with customers indicated agent. The shipping time depends on Shipping method & Destination Country.

Q:Can I order a sample before quantity order? And what's the deliver Time of sample order?
A:Yes, sample order is acceptable. Our company accept testing order before mass production. Generally sample order will be deliver in 3 workdays since it normally in stock.
Q:How many days will arrive to your country?
A:Based on our experience, by express, as normal it takes about 2-5 days to USA, Asia, European, 3-7 days to South America, Africa etc.
Q:How about the warranty?
A:1 year main device, except accessories
It is out of warranty if the break is man made.
When you found there is a problem with the products, please contact us to see if we can solve it by online with our R&D team. If issue cannot be fit at customer end, client should send it back to the indicated address.
